It all started on the corner of 17th and the Parkway when founder Gerald S. Segal was searching for office space to start his law firm. The original office space he rented was actually a closet on the mezzanine floor of The Windsor Suites. It is here that he began his law firm on the simple principle: “Treat your clients like family.” Fulfilling this principle has made Segal, Berk, Gaines & Liss, Attorneys at Law, a mainstay in the Philadelphia area for 50 years.
As the law firm grew, so did the need for more space. Segal, Berk, Gaines & Liss moved to The Windsor Suites, 1700 Benjamin Franklin Parkway, Suite LL, Philadelphia, PA 19103, staying in the same building and keeping the same phone number since their first day in 1967.
